As a registered user, a regular customer discount of -5% applies to products with regular prices. No other discounts will be added to the already discounted items. 

Click on the icon next to the language option and click "Create account", then fill in the necessary information to register. After that, confirm the registration in the notification received in your e-mail. 

The estimated delivery time is displayed next to the product. We will do our best to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible. 

Goods with longer delivery (14-30 working days) are on order and you can place a pre-order for the product. 

During the campaign period, our warehouse will work with an increased volume of orders. Due to this, there may be delays in the delivery time, but we will do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible! 

When the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail, then you can pick up the order in the store. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day. 

The gift card can only be bought and used in regular stores. 

You can only pay with a Kniks gift card in the e-shop.

If the correct e-mail address has been entered for the order, but the order confirmation has not arrived, it is possible that it has gone to the junk/spam folder. It mainly occurs in gmail.com users.

If you noticed an error in the order, you have the opportunity to change the order immediately after placing it. To change your order, write in the chat window of the e-shop, call +372 5919 6111 or write an email epood@nordbaby.com 

Only those stores where the products in the cart are immediately available are displayed in the shopping cart. If the desired products are not available in the store, the store is not displayed in the shopping cart, and in this case, other delivery methods are displayed in the shopping cart selection. 

Products cannot be exchanged within the same transaction. 

You can check the availability of the product by clicking on the "Availability in stores" link next to the product. 

Goods purchased from the online store can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. To return the goods, you must send a return application epood@nordbaby.com and return the goods to your nearest Nordbaby store or by sending the goods back to us by mail. 

Direct costs related to the return are borne by the customer.

In case of a claim, you must immediately stop using the product and notify us of the problem. Send us the initial description, picture of the product error, model code and proof of purchase by email. If possible, add a short video as well.
